Every finished order will include care guidance matched to its actual blank and printing method. This page is a convenient general reference—not a replacement for the product-specific instructions.
How to care for your custom pieces
See a category below, then open it for more details. Each completed item comes with its own instructions.
Sublimation shirts and polyester apparel
Wash inside out in cool water with a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener. Air-dry or tumble on low where the garment tag permits. Do not iron directly over printed areas. Follow the actual fabric care label.
DTF transfer apparel
For a DTF-printed garment, follow the included film-specific washing instructions, including any waiting period (often 24–48 hours) before the first wash. Wash inside out, cool and gently. Avoid direct heat or ironing over the transfer; low heat or air drying helps protect the print.
Ceramic sublimation mugs
Hand washing with a soft sponge is the safest default unless the specific coated mug is confirmed dishwasher-safe. Avoid abrasives and soaking. Some ceramic mugs may be microwave-safe, but do not assume that every color-changing or special mug is.
Stainless tumblers and water bottles
Hand wash with mild soap and a nonabrasive cloth or bottle brush; rinse and dry thoroughly. Metal tumblers must NEVER be microwaved. Dishwasher suitability, heat rating and lid care depend on the exact blank and will be confirmed with each order.
Keychains, acrylic stands and photo nightlights
Wipe gently with a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid solvents, harsh cleaners, scratching, excessive heat and prolonged water immersion. For acrylic LED stands, follow the included electrical/battery guidance; keep small components out of reach of young children.
Bookmarks, journals and paper products
Protect from rain, soaking, excessive heat and abrasion. Wipe laminated surfaces carefully. Paper and ink durability depends on the coating and finishing method.
Ornaments, photo magnets and decorations
Gently wipe rather than soaking; protect from falls, abrasive cleaners and high heat. Small magnets and loose ornament parts may present hazards for children and pets.
Stockings, aprons and fabric accessories
The care method depends on the actual fabric and whether it has sublimation, DTF or another print. Check the included product-specific care card before washing or pressing.
Felt car fresheners and decorative pet tags
Felt car hangers should remain dry and not be placed against delicate car surfaces. Decorative bone-shaped tags and stuffed-animal tags are not tested or sold as durable pet-identification, chew-safe or child-safe products.
Questions before we create?
How do I get a price?
Browse the proposed planning ranges, then submit a request. We confirm blank type, sizes, print locations, quantity, artwork work, timing, packaging and any shipping or tax before providing a firm price.
Can I order anything listed in the catalog?
Not automatically. The catalog includes made/practiced work, available blanks, items in testing, and future concepts. We will only accept an order we can realistically make to an agreed standard.
Can I use my own photographs?
Yes, if you own the photos or have permission to reproduce them. We will explain what resolution and file type the chosen product needs. Do not send sensitive personal images through a public inquiry form.
Can you print my favorite group's logo or artist portrait?
Some logos, lyrics, celebrity portraits, characters, designs and artist imagery are protected by copyright, trademark or publicity rights. We may need proof of permission or may offer an original, non-infringing concept instead.
How long will my custom order take?
Timing varies with the blank, artwork and our production schedule. We will discuss a reasonable deadline before confirming a project. Rush jobs are not guaranteed.
Do you offer shipping or local pickup?
Potentially, by arrangement. Available options, packaging costs and pickup details are confirmed for each order. The site is not a shipping checkout at this stage.
What if I change my mind or something is damaged?
Personalized products need agreed design approval and clear order terms. We will confirm the applicable cancellations, refund and issue-resolution terms before accepting payment.
Are there first-order or referral discounts?
We are evaluating simple rewards, but no automatic discounts are active yet. We may offer bundle pricing when quantities actually lower production cost.
Will you feature my order in your gallery?
Only with separate permission where appropriate. We will not publish private customer photos or identifiable people without the necessary permission, and consent is optional.
How does a custom request work?
Share an idea, receive a feasibility/price discussion, agree on the design and details, and only then decide whether to proceed. Sending an inquiry is not a purchase.
